Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at candace@candacemarquette.com.

 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Some of our items are handcrafted or made-to-order, so processing times may vary slightly.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

We take pride in packaging your items with love and care. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Email us at support@candacemarquette.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

 Pre-Orders & Custom Items

For pre-order or custom-made items, please refer to the product description for estimated shipping timelines, which may extend beyond our standard processing window. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you create a custom order

it cannot be changed, returned or altered.

 Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup, but we look forward to expanding our services in the future!
