Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please email heirloomwild@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
