    International Shipping

    • We proudly ship worldwide! International orders are sent via DHL, UPS, or FedEx International.
    • Delivery time varies by destination but typically takes 7-21 business days.
    • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

    Packaging & Handling

    • All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
    • Prints and smaller artworks are shipped in rigid mailers or tubes.
    • Original paintings and framed pieces are securely wrapped and boxed for protection.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, please email heirloomwild@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the nature of fine art, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.
