The Ezekiel Health Plan was created after I struggled with failing health and a false diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. After suffering from so much abuse, loneliness, and despair. I knew that something was terribly wrong after I saw my body deteriorating right before my eyes. due to my Atopic Dermatitis symptoms. After much prayer and research, I began to slowly wean myself from these medications. I also discovered that the foods that I was eating were poisoned by Hexavalent Chromium poisoning, and forced to take prescribed medications. I knew there had to be a way out of my sickness and excruciating pain.

 

Good food, healthy eating, mindset, worship, kindness, and generosity are the backbone of a healthy mind, body, soul, and spirit. I love God, I love truth and I love to see people smile, healthy and their spirits come to life. We must be lights in this dark world.  It must start with us first. We will be one again, and learn who we are as human beings and marvelous wondrous lights. We will keep the spark of life and the Universe alive with the very breaths of our beings.
