Beautiful Glow Program Booking Policy Thank you for choosing the Beautiful Glow Program! We are committed to helping you achieve glowing skin and vibrant health through personalized care. To ensure a smooth and effective experience, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Your Appointment All appointments for the Beautiful Glow Program must be booked online through our official website or booking platform. Appointments can be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details, including your appointment time, location (if applicable), and program specifics. Free Consultation: Your first consultation is complimentary, where we will discuss your skincare needs, goals, and how the Beautiful Glow Program can benefit you. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your consultation or program appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. There will be no charge for rescheduling within this time frame. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the program fee. Emergency Situations: In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. 3. Payment Policy Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your spot in the Beautiful Glow Program. Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other platform available on our booking page. Your payment is non-refundable except in cases of emergency or program cancellations on our end. 4. Late Arrivals Please be punctual for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session to ensure that others' appointments are not affected. If rescheduling is not possible, a late fee may apply, and the full session fee will be charged. 5.
